Off Services Pricing $45/hr
We know cost can be an issue when getting repairs completed on your
computer. That is why we offer a low rate for consumers who want
to go the extra step to bring their computers to us. All we need
is the tower (the big metal box). We do not need any cords or
wires, leave them where they are for easy hook up when it is all fixed.
Laptops require their power cord to be dropped off with the machine.
Residential Pricing $55/hr
Our pricing is simple. $55 an hour while were are on site and
working on your issue or training program. If you are in the
Paducah area, we come to you for free. We do not charge trip fees
or mileage. We do not charge for time on the road. The only
additional charges you will see from us are for package deals which
include equipment or if you are outside McCracken County. Even
then you will be notified in advance of any fees that may be associated
with an extended area trip.
Business Services Pricing $80/hr
We understand that business applications need to be up and running as
fast as possible so you are not loosing revenue. Businesses
require specialized networking and server based program
expertise. RCS offers flexible plans and pricing for
businesses. RCS will troubleshoot and fix your issues on an
hourly per call basis for $80/hr or we can set up a contract option
that will provide your office with continual support and IT management
services.
Custom Built Computers
Custom computer or package upgrade jobs are quoted based on estimated
time and exact parts costs. These quotes are good for the parts
listed in the quote and are subject to availability of the parts.
If a part is no longer available or a price change occurs the customer
will be notified immediately and a new quote will be issued for the
change in costs.
Payment Methods
You can pay your fees with cash, check or a credit card! We have
joined with Paypal to offer you this service. No need to have a Paypal
account in order to pay. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American
Express are accepted. Simply click the Paypal button below. It
will take you through PayPal's secure web-based system. Cash and checks
are also accepted.

RETURNED CHECK FEE $50
All prices listed include a 5% cash or check discount (Credit Card
payments will subject to normal pricing at a 5% adjustment)
